Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)

Outline

The submerged type membrane reactors apply MF membranes which are placed directly into the bioreactor and filtrate is extracted by imposing a vacuum on the membranes. The MBRs require small space and high quality of treated water is available even with sludge of settling ability.
